American River HealthPro Credit Union's mission is to become our members' trusted financial partner.

Vision

• We were chartered by employees of healthcare providers, Aerojet and DST. We are inspired by and obligated to protect the affinity we enjoy with these particular employer groups and the healthcare profession as a whole.
• As a credit union, we are called upon to change as the needs of our membership change. We manage these changes intelligently so that the financial stability of the organization is protected. We think strategically and act efficiently.
• We actively pursue becoming a Trusted Financial Advisor, which is defined as a particular kind of relationship with each of our members. These relationships are characterized by members seeking us out because we ascertain and understand their needs, and then recommend products in an unbiased way solely because they meet those needs.
• We endeavor to attract and retain highly qualified, motivated staff who believe in themselves and in our values. We continuously do things to increase staff satisfaction, engagement and attachment to our organization and our strategies.
• We exist as a credit union to serve all age and economic strata, and we take positive actions to serve everyone in our market effectively.
