• Apply for a loan-click on Need a LOAN NOW. Review the disclosures, complete the application and "Submit" to receive an immediate decision.
• Enjoy secure Online-banking-click and enter your Member Number and Touch Teller PIN.
• Select from Account Access, Bill Pay, Stock Quotes, User Options, Help, Service Center or Sign Off.

Account Access: A summary of up-to-the-minute balance and transaction information. Transfer funds between accounts using the Account Transfer feature and File Export allows you do download information into Quicken^TM or Microsoft Money^TM. Check copies are available to view or print by clicking on the check number.

Bill Pay: No more writing checks or licking stamps. Click on Bill Pay and follow the instructions. After you submit your Registration, you will receive a Notification and a Bill Pay PIN. You can set up bills to pay automatically on the due date or you can choose when to pay them yourself-quickly and easily online.

Stock Quotes: Track up to 20 individual stocks and receive current stock prices (with only a 15-minute delay) for many stocks and mutual funds that trade on the professional market exchanges.

User Options: Change your password, timeout period, e-mail address or history date range.

Help: Provides detailed information about each online-banking feature.

Service Center: Provides you with a way to apply online for a service such as an ATM or ATM/Visa® Check Card of notify us of a Change of Address or Stop Payment Request.

Sign Off: Recommended that you click at the end of your session.

• Access Touch Teller^® by calling 916.985.2000 (800.669.1313 ext. 1, outside 916). After each entry, press the # key.
• Enter your member number (found in the top right-hand corner of your statement) and access code (Touch Teller PIN).
• Enter a service code.
• Enter 0# for a guided menu or 8 1# for a listing of service codes.
