COMSTOCK's Rates ARHCU As A Top Employer
ARHCU salaries
ARHCU salaries are competitive with the market. Salary surveys are conducted regularly and adjustments to the salary structure are made before annual increases are awarded each year. Starting salaries for new staff members are determined based on an individual's related job education and experience and the salary range for the position being filled.
ARHCU believes that gains created from meaningful business results should be shared with staff members who contribute to those results, and that staff members should be rewarded for accomplishing objectives and achieving targets related to the overall strategic plan of the Credit Union. Certain positions have sales- and/or productivity-related incentive plans.
positions/progression levels
Skill Progression Plans are in place for four positions. The desired proficiency for the position is acquired over a period of time. Skill progression is recognized and rewarded with a salary increase upon successfully passing a Skill Demonstration.
