American River HealthPro Credit Union now offers a convenient check-by-phone payment option for members. It allows you to make your loan and ARHCU Visa® card payments using any checking account. This service is available to you 24-hours a day, 7 days a week by using a touch-tone telephone. Payments will be posted and effective that day, plus you will receive a confirmation number for your payment. To expedite your loan and ARHCU Visa® card payment; pay only a small fee of $10.00 if the payment amount is under $400.00 and $20.00 if the payment amount is over $400.00 to ensure your ARHCU payment is paid on time.

Information that is required at time of your check-by-phone payment:

• ARHCU account number and loan or ARHCU Visa® card number
• authorization from account holder
• check number
• checking account number (number on bottom left: personal account numbers are up to 14 digits and business account numbers are up to 17 digits)
• ABA routing number: (number on bottom left: this is a 9 digit number)
• payment amount
• address and phone number
