Touch Teller®

Access Touch Teller® by calling 916.985.2000 or (800.669.1313 ext. 1, outside 916). After each entry, press the # key.

• Enter your member number (found in the top right-hand corner of your statement) and access code (Touch Teller® PIN).
• Enter a service code. Enter 0# for a guided menu or 8 1# for a listing of service codes. Some sample service codes:

  15# What is my balance?
  16# What is my loan balance?
  27# Transfer funds between accounts
  28# Transfer funds from a line of credit
  45# Make a loan payment
  

• When you are prompted to enter an account number, enter a share, certificate or loan account number-also found on your statement. The most common account numbers are:

  1# Regular Savings
  8# Checking
  5# Investment Cash Account
  6# Premium Money Market
  7# Money Market
  160# Visa Line of Credit

• Provide your member number and account type you would like the funds to be transferred from, i.e. checking, savings account, investment cash or money marketing account.
• Provide the amount that you would like to be paid on your credit card.

Online-banking

On the www.arhcu.org homepage, enter your member number and password in the upper right-hand login field. To make a payment, transfer funds from your account to your ARHCU Visa Card® using the Account Transfer feature.

Check-By-Phone

If you have an ARHCU Visa® Credit Card and don't have a American River HealthPro Credit Union checking or savings account, you can pay your credit card bill over the phone any time at 916.985.6700 or 800.669.1313 (outside the 916 area code). Check-by-phone is a fast, easy and convenient way for members to pay their credit card bill on time over the phone from any checking account for a small fee of $10.00 if the payment amount is under $400.00 and $20.00 if the payment amount is over $400.00.

To make a payment to your credit card account from another Financial Institution:

1. Telephone Branch at 916.985.6700 or 800.669.1313 (outside the 916 area code).
2. Provide the required information about the checking account that you would like to use for the payment, including the:
   • checking account number (number on bottom left: 14 -17 digit number)
   • ABA routing number: (number on bottom left: 9 digit number)
3. Provide your address and phone number.
4. Provide the amount that you would like to be paid on your credit card.

After the transaction is complete, you will receive a Confirmation Number that your request to make a credit card payment has been made.
