Limited transactions include: Preauthorized, automatic, or telephonic transfers (by the Telephone Branch or through Touch Teller) and online transfers (through Online-banking) to another account of the member or to a third party. No more than three of the six withdrawals or transfers can be by check, draft or similar order to a third party.
The following transactions are NOT subject to Regulation D limitations: transfers to pay loans at the credit union, transfers made by mail, ATM or in person and withdrawals made by a telephone instruction that results in a check being made to the member.
